House rules

By booking or starting a stay, the guest confirms that they have read these rules and agree to follow them. Failure to comply may result in restricted services or termination of the stay without a refund.

1. Arranging accommodation
Accommodation is arranged by confirming the reservation and paying the price stated in the price list or booking portal. On arrival, guests must present a valid identity document or send the required details electronically.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 15:00 (earlier by arrangement, subject to availability).

Check-in between 00:00 and 10:00 is charged as the previous night.

Check-out by 10:00 (later by arrangement, subject to availability).

Check-out by 13:00: CZK 300 fee.

Check-out after 13:00 is charged as an additional night.

Unarranged departures or arrivals outside these times may be charged according to the price list.

3. Keys and access
Guests are responsible for keys or access details entrusted to them and must not share them with third parties. The fee for a lost or damaged key is CZK 1,000.

4. Rules during your stay
Guests must behave considerately and respectfully. The following are prohibited in particular:

• disturbing quiet hours (22:00–06:00),

• smoking in rooms or shared areas (permitted only in the designated area; violation fee: CZK 1,000–5,000),

• parties, excessive noise, nuisance behaviour, aggression or vulgar conduct,

• inappropriate behaviour while under the influence of intoxicating substances,

• unregistered visitors without permission,

• tampering with equipment or building systems without permission,

• illegal or dangerous activities,

• intruding on other guests’ privacy,

• bringing animals or bicycles inside without permission.

5. Safety and responsibility

• close windows and doors and switch off appliances when leaving,

• children under 10 must not be left unsupervised,

• the operator is not responsible for loss of or damage to valuables.

6. Damage and fees
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Compensation is calculated at the price of a new item, including repair or replacement costs.

7. Access to the room
The operator may enter the room in an emergency, where there is a safety risk, for essential maintenance or where there is reasonable suspicion that the rules have been breached.
